Property Price Prediction

Building upon the urban data analysis platform of Metro Data, we developed a model that could learn the relationship between property price and its micro parameters and geospatial properties from a large data set of second-hand housing trading record. After multiple iterations of optimization, we finally got a model with 94% accuracy.
